At NRL Shop, we want you to wear your team colors with pride, so if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or size exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all official NRL holographic tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
